Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit an enquiry and enable TPTA to reply. The form cannot be sent without them.

Information is accessible to authorised TPTA personnel and, only where necessary, its technical providers: Resend for sending form submissions by email, and website hosting and security providers. If you follow the booking link, you leave the TPTA website and access Google Calendar, which applies its own privacy policy.

6. Retention

Prospect enquiries: up to three years after the last contact, unless you object or a contractual relationship follows.
Temporary draft: for the browser session, then deleted after submission.
Language preference: up to six months.
Technical logs: according to the hosting provider’s retention periods for operation and security of the website.
